Aleksey Gennadievich Komissarov  
Ph.D. in Economics

- Graduated in 1994 from Moscow Automobile and Road Institute (Mechanical Engineering).
- MBA from the Academy of National Economy, 2003.
- Ph.D. dissertation defended in 2023.

Career highlights:
- Head of the business incubator at the Academy (2010)
- Held various government roles in Moscow (2011–2015)
- Vice-rector and Director of Higher School of Public Administration (2017–2023)
- Head of “Russia – Land of Opportunity” platform (since 2018)
- Appointed Rector of RANEPA in 2023

- Order of Merit for the Fatherland, IV degree
- Medal of the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, I degree
